Bulls to charge with ace Billy

BOSS Aaron Downes is tipping new arrival Billy Phillips to thrill Hereford fans after joining on a one-year deal.
The 19-year-old attacking midfielder, who can also play wide, arrives at the National League North Bulls following his departure from Bristol City.
He has previously had loan spells with Bath City and Chippenham Town.
