CHORLEY failed to capitalise on their promotion rivals dropping points as they fell to defeat at Harrogate.
Town took the lead from the penalty spot after 13 minutes as Lewis Turner charged forward and was tripped inside the box, allowing Joe Leesley to step up and score.
The hosts doubled their advantage in the 43rd minute as the tireless Liam Agnew won a free kick that Leesley swung into the path of Simon Ainge to extend his impressive goal scoring run at the far post.
