JOSH GOWLING’S thunderous volley five minutes into stoppage time rescued an unlikely point for Hereford.
Chorley had seemed to be cruising to victory thanks to Josh O’Keefe’s goal but the veteran centre-back’s late strike extended the Bulls’ unbeaten home run to six matches. A scrappy opening featured little in the way of chances other than a good save from Hereford’s Matt Yates, racing out to block a shot from Marcus Carver for a corner.
