SPENNYMOOR got their festive period off to a fl ying start as they comfortably beat bottom of the table Bradford Park Avenue.
The game’s fi rst opening arrived just before the ten-minute mark, with defender Nathan Buddle heading just wide after a spell of Spennymoor pressure.
Moors were inches from taking the lead a minute later. Jack Earing won possession back in midfi eld and played in Rob Ramshaw, and after cutting in on to his left foot, he saw his effort defl ect on to the bar, with Glen Taylor then heading wide.
