Bulls tame toothless Lions

THE BULLS left Yorkshire with all three points after a hard fought 1-0 victory at Guiseley.
After Hereford arrived late, the Lions set about them from the off and could have scored with less than a minute gone when a free-kick found Hamza Bencherif. Unfortunately, he saw his header loop onto the roof of the net.
The hosts kept the pres- sure on and had another chance when a through ball found Jonathan Wafula who was one-on-one with Hereford keeper Paul White but his shot went over the bar.
