BLYTH were unable to halt a five-game losing streak while Saints recorded a third successive win in a game that rarely hit the heights.
All of the goals came in the first half.
Kevin Wilkin’s side took a sixth-minute lead when Shane Byrne converted a penalty after a foul on Jordan Cullinane-Liburd.
