DARLINGTON and Spennymoor Town played out a dull draw in a game affected by the blustery conditions at Blackwell Meadows.
There was little between the teams, who have enjoyed some intense battles over the years, but without fans in attendance this felt flat and uninspiring.
Quakers captain Will Hatfield tested keeper Dale Eve inside the sec ond minute with a rising drive, but it was Spennymoor who had the wind at their backs before half-time though they were unable to captialise.
