PAUL GREEN’S first game as Boston United’s interim manager was a goalless draw which left neither keeper fully tested.
Gloucester City came close early on when Kevin Dawson beat his man down the right flank before delivering a cross to a fully-stretched Matt McClure who failed to get enough purchase on his header.
The Pilgrims, who let boss Craig Elliott go in the week, looked the more likely to score in the first half but had a number of attacks pulled to a halt for offside.
