TOM Owen-Evans’ firsthalf brace – bookended by Ryan McLean and Harry Pinchard goals – boosted Hereford’s playoff hopes.
McLean gave the Bulls a seventh-minute lead when he latched onto Michael Liddle’s misplaced back-header, rounded goalkeeper Alex Mitchell and then swept home.
Owen-Evans doubled the advantage nine minutes later when he flicked Seb Revan’s low cross into the bottom-right corner via the post.
