TWO sides whose shooting boots have deserted them in recent weeks played out a scrappy goalless draw low on quality and on goalmouth incident.
The first half was dominated possession-wise by the visitors, but they simply could not find a way past a stubborn, organised and determined Brakes rearguard, and failed to create even a half chance of any note.
In a rare foray forward for the hosts, Joe Clarke laid the ball off for Louis Hall to arrow a decent strike towards the top corner that was plucked out of the air by Tom Palmer.
