GEORGE GLENDON tapped in from close range to reward Chester for their second-half pressure and claim the points at Curzon Ashton.
The game saw the return of Tom Peers to the Nash after his recent transfer to Chester.
The game had a quick start with Will Hayhurst seeing a delightful free-kick tipped onto the crossbar by Wyll Stanway, who produced a top-drawer save to deny the Curzon man. However, this was not a sign of things to come, as the Blues produced most of the attacking play.
