Blackett at double to stun Bucks

SOUTH Shields won this contest of two mid-table teams with a goal in each half to do the double over Buxton.
The hosts were unfortunate not to have scored in the third minute. Diego De Girolamo, on his 200th Buxton appearance, worked an opening but his drive hit both posts before rebounding clear.
Thereafter, the Bucks made and missed chances. In the 18th minute, Connor Brown’s cross found Tommy Elliott, who from six yards placed his header straight to keeper Myles Boney.
