OXFORD CITY halted their four-match losing streak as they held second-placed Scunthorpe United to a goalless draw.
It was a game that lacked clear chances with neither goalkeeper really forced into action.
Callum Roberts was the dangerman in the first period as he tested the home defence down the right wing with his tricky play. The Hoops largely dealt with the danger, but Mark Beck also proved to be a danger in the centre. The closest he came was taking the ball with his back to goal but his shot on the turn was over.
