KING’S LYNN Town crept into the playoffs despite a home defeat to fourth-placed Chester.
Three first-half goals put Lynn on the back foot, but results elsewhere ensured they finished the regular season sixth.
That means a trip to fifth-placed Chorley on Tuesday night – and Lynn boss Adam Lakeland will hope there will be no lasting effects from Lynn’s final game at home this season.
