Spennymoor Town boss Graeme Lee reckons he has secured a “fantastic addition” in top talent Mackenzie Heaney.
The 26-year-old has spent the last three seasons at South Shields, establishing himself as a firm favourite with fans at The 1st Cloud Arena.
A product of Newcastle United’s Academy, Heaney has represented both Scotland and England at youth level and gained senior experience at Newcastle Benfield, West Auckland and Whitby Town before moving abroad to star for Icelandic outfit UMF Grindavik.
