A LAST-GASP goal from Merthyr Town’s Cole Jarvis earned the Welshmen a point that for long periods looked out of reach.
Chester went in at the break leading by goals from Offrande Zanzala and an own goal from Tom Handley, however an improved second-half performance by the Martyrs saw them claw their way back into it, with a thunderous strike from Handley after 57 minutes, which ultimately set up the frenetic finale which was rounded off by Jarvis.
