CHORLEY fell to a narrow defeat at home to Peterborough Sports as Phil Brown’s side took full advantage of an individual error.
Max Booth’s 12th-minute strike ultimately separated the sides and handed the visitors all three points, their first ever win at Victory Park.
The decisive moment came when Luca Miller advanced down the left and Tom Walker recovered well, only then to surrender possession inside his own area. Booth was on hand to capitalise, calmly rolling the ball into an unguarded net.
