A GOAL four minutes from time by Chester’s Dylan Mottley-Henry settled a contest that as a spectacle rarely rose above the awful mark.
Buxton’s tactics were thrown into disarray when former Chester striker Kurt Willoughby was shown a straight red card after just 90 seconds.
Willoughby was dismissed after he lashed out at Chester’s debutant Tom Davies following a challenge just outside the home team’s box, the incident leaving the referee with no option but to show the card.
