SOUTHPORT remain winless in the league since the end of October after a goalless draw against Needham Market.
A lively start saw Jack Stafford creating two chances down the left with dangerous crosses landing in the box with a yellow shirt just failing to apply the clinical touch required.
After ten minutes the play slowed down but it was the home side with the notable chances with Jamie Proctor forcing goalkeeper Marcus Garnham to make a save.
