Woking manager Alan Dowson has added to his squad with the signing of full-back Daniel Spence.
The defender returns to the National League South club for a second time after having left Sutton United at the end of the season.
Spence was a well liked figure at Gander Green Lane after having made over 100 appearances during a three year spell with Sutton.
The full-back’s previous spell with Woking came in 2008, when he joined the Cards on loan from Reading.
During his career, the 28-year-old has represented a range of clubs including Mansfield Town, Hayes & Yeading and Spanish side Jerez Industrial CF.
Speaking to Woking’s official club website, Dowson said, “”He’s experienced and has played at a higher level.
“He took a bit of a knock in pre-season but he’s recovered and come back well and was great in the second half last Saturday. He did well for Sutton and I’m sure he will do well for us as well.”
