HAMPTON& Richmond Borough kept themselves in pole position for an unexpected playoff place with a dramatic victory at Welling United.
Alex Cathline brought a save out of Sam Howes from a tight angle in the first half but Duncan Culley was dangerous for Hampton and he was off target from a tight angle.
Just before the break, Leon Soloman let fly from 30 yards but it flew over and the first half finished goalless.
Culley again tested Chris Lewington after the break before the Welling keeper punched a Sam Gallagher free-kick over.
