IT hasn’t been all plain sailing at Marine this season but the team were certainly able to put a smile on supporters’ faces over the Easter weekend.
Fans of the Evo-Stik NPL Premier division club filled a 49-seater coach for Easter Monday’s trip to local rivals Skelmersdale United.
Manager Tommy Lawson, returning to his former club, and his players, agreed to fund five places on the bus while vice-chairman Dave McMillan pledged the same.
