HAMPTON’S poor run of league form went on as they fell to a narrow defeat to Dartford.
The Beavers went behind when a long throw from the Hampton right on 14 minutes was flicked on by Dartford’s Andre Coker, and Charlie Sheringham headed in at the back post.
Sheringham nearly made it two from Ben Greenhalgh’s free-kick before Rian Bray’s header for the hosts midway through the half forced a fine save from keeper Bailey Vose as Hampton tried to claw their way back into the match.
