THE REBELS got off to a flying start with the pace of Dan Roberts scaring the visiting defence into conceding a corner to deny the young striker. However, Sam Togwell rose highest to head home from close range to get the early goal.
Play then slowed before a Hampton appeal for a penalty was turned down in favour of a corner.
From the corner the Beavers passed their way through the defence with Sam Deadfield firing home from close range with every arm in the Slough defence up in the air and expecting to see an offside flag coming to their rescue....
