CHIPPENHAM recorded their first three points at home since the August Bank Holiday with a comprehensive victory over basement side Billericay, in front of their largest crowd of the season.
During midweek both teams had drafted in several loan players but it was the four youthful League Two players in the Bluebirds line up that proved to have the edge.
A cagey opening saw neither side over commit but the Essex side’s Kweku Lucan saw a fourth-minute effort hit a post. Lucan then drew a save from Will Henry.
