SECOND-HALF goals from Charley Kendall and Dominic Hutchinson earned Eastbourne Borough victory.
James Hammond put a free-kick just over for Eastbourne in the second minute before Kristian Campbell volleyed Joe Muscatt’s corner wide at the other end.
Kendall was sent clear but Jack Sims was out quickly to smother before Maxwell Statham and Bradley Pearce had to make blocks. The Sports then had a great chance with a penalty but Sims made his second spotkick save in two weeks by saving Hammond’s effort.
