FOR the first time since November 26 2022, Maidstone United have won a league match. A penalty from Sol Wanju-Smith and a close-range effort from Reiss Greenidge were the key moments.
The sides appeared evenly matched in the first half. Sam Corne, in his 100th appearance for the Stones, delivered a free-kick on to the head of Reece Greenidge, whose glancing header caused problems for Hubert Graczyk, who weakly punched the ball away.
