ST ALBANS CITY and Welling United shared the points at Clarence Park on Saturday.
Aquiet opening 25 minutes burst into life when a free-kick from the right saw Ryan Blackman attempt to clear, but instead he directed the ball into his own net.
Less than a minute later and the home side were level. A long ball forward from Dan Bowry found Shaun Jeffers, and the in-form striker took a touch before turning the defender and finding the corner with a low strike.
