SLOUGH TOWN secured their first league win in 12 matches with a hard-fought victory over title-chasing Maidstone United.
Edon Pruti’s second-half header proved decisive as the Rebels held firm under late pressure to claim three vital points.
The opening stages saw Maidstone on the front foot, with Aaron Blair firing wide early on before forcing a smart save from Charlie Horlock. Slough grew into the game, and Francis Amartey went close after being played in by Henry Ochieng.
