DORKING WANDERERS remain top of the table with a hard-fought victory at Welling United.
They scored the all-important goal in the seventh minute when Jimmy Muitt found Josh Taylor in the penalty area and he made space for himself before firing into the bottom corner.
Belying their lowly position, Welling made chances and James Alabi found Harvey Walker, whose shot was saved before Gene Kennedy hit a tremendous drive from 25 yards off the bar.
