EASTBOURNE Borough explosively declared their title ambitions with a stunning second-half blitz to blow away Farnborough.
The Sports had slightly edged an entertaining first half in which neither side could quite turn high-paced attacking into clear goal chances.
They came closest on 20 minutes, Dom Odusanya sending Kai Innocent clear to play in Jayden Davis, whose rifled shot was well saved by Jack Turner.
Borough were constantly turning the visitors’ defence but Farnborough started the second half with ambition.
