IT took Bath a mere 16 minutes to figure out how to counter a very one-dimensional Farnborough team who were unable to make a dent in their visitors’ game plan.
Kieran Parselle for Bath was employed almost as a quarterback; the ball being passed to him in defence and with only Jonny Stuttle to close down he had all the time he needed to spray long passes forward for an onrushing Bath attack, entirely bypassing the Boro midfield that’s been the source of their dynamism of late.
