A DRAW at Welling United, combined with results elsewhere, ensured Salisbury’s survival.
News came through early that St Albans City were three down so there was less anxiety for the Whites than there might have been.
Gene Kennedy had Welling’s first effort with a shot wide of the far post then Owen Dore was off target with a free-kick for the visitors.
