AFC TOTTON’S eight-game unbeaten run at home came to an end after a defeat to Worthing, who earned their first victory on the road in 2026.
The Stags thought they had taken the lead in the 16th minute when top scorer Tony Lee looked destined to open the scoring when he met Vaughn Covil’s cross, however he headed just over. The hosts spurned another golden chance when a clever one-two between Jacob Towns and Craig Tanner found an unmarked Covil, who fired over.
