MANAGER Jerry Gill reckons the benefits outweigh the risks of allowing two of Bath City’s star turns to temporarily step up to National League football.
Midfielder Tom Smith, who already has 40 goals in 130 games for the Romans by the tender age of 23, has joined Dagenham & Redbridge on loan until the end of the season and striker Donovan Wilson, 24, will has aided Sutton United’s title tilt with back-to-back winning goals this week on the same basis.
