Chelmsford City clinched an impressive victory over higher-league Braintree Town to propel the Clarets into the FA Cup second round for the first time since 2012.
Lyle Taylor scored twice while there were one each for Jason Adigun and debutant Jesurun Uchegbulam.
City boss Angelo Harrop, who was sacked by Braintree last season, said: “What an occasion, both sets of fans were unbelievable. Our whole team was outstanding and it was the best performance of our season.
