REECE Flanagan scored a lastminute penalty to complete a comefrom-behind win for Redditch.
Berkhamsted did well in the first half, having the majority of the play and forced Adam Harrison to produce three good saves.
In addition, Connor Toomey shot over and Mark Riddick headed over the bar.
On the hour mark, Kyal Williams fired the home side in front when he delivered a free-kick from the left hand side into the top corner of the net at the Railway End.
