TOP SCORER Johnny Johnston netted late on to rescue a vital point for Redditch from relegation candidates Spalding.
Debutant Theo Hudson had given the visitors the lead midway through the second half as the Tulips netted for a 12th game on the spin.
Spalding were good value for the opener having created several early chances; they thought they had the lead on 19 minutes when leading scorer Bartosz Cybulski finished off a lovely passing move, only for his goal to be flagged offside.
