AN ATTRITIONAL contest ended honours even as Matty Stenson’s equaliser quickly cancelled out George Ball’s opener for the Puritans.
The visitors set up to frustrate the Bucks and succeeded in limiting them to just one scoring opportunity in the first half.
Stenson broke clear on the left of the box but couldn’t take the ball around keeper and captain Jack Harding. He found Ricardo Dinanga but his shot was blocked on the line by covering defender Gedeon Okito.
