AFTER a fortnight without a game, Hanwell looked somewhat rusty in the first 15 minutes against Tiverton, requiring a smart save by Sam Beasant and brave blocks by Dwayne Duncan and Harry Seabrook to keep the scores level.
However, in the 16th minute, the Geordies doubly squandered a chance to go ahead against the run of play.
After being set up by Jordan Edwards, debutant Joe Waight forced a great save from Joe Duncan in the Tiverton goal.
