TIVERTON showed their character to earn a hard-fought victory against Wimborne at Ladysmead.
It wasn’t pretty at times and the Magpies battled excellently until the final whistle but despite throwing everything at their hosts, they simply couldn’t find a way past the exceptional Joe Duncan between the sticks.
Both sides started brightly with chances created at both ends during an action packed opening first 15 minutes.
