HUNGERFORD Town were far too strong for Tiverton Town and the final score could have been much worse but for a fantastic performance from Tivvy goalkeeper Joe Duncan.
It was rather different in the first 20 minutes as Tiverton’s Joe Parker set up Kai Churchley, whose shot was tame, and Marcus Day headed over a Dylan Jones cross.
The deadlock was broken in the 27th minute when, after a goalmouth scramble, the ball fell to Rhys Tyler who lashed it into the net.
