A CLINICAL second-half display gave Bedford the points as the side won comfortably at the Eyrie against fellow play-off contenders Stamford.
The first-half was a bright and even affair, with the visitors taking the game to Bedford in the early stages, winning a couple of corners, but unable to penetrate the defence. Both keepers played a vital role to keep the half-time score at 0-0, by timely punches and sweeping up.
