MARCEL Lewis was Sudbury’s hero as they comfortably beat an out-ofsort Ives to massively improve their chances of avoiding the drop.
In the process, they dragged their hosts back into the mire in what is becoming a relegation battle that looks like it could go right to the final day.
The visitors are running into form at the right time and they started the game confidently, taking the lead in 17th minute with Lewis’s perfectly judged free-kick from 20 yards into the top corner, just beating Dan Wilks despairing dive.
