STAMFORD and Halesowen played out an entertaining draw at the Zeeco in front of a raucous crowd.
With Halesowen’s place in the play-offs assured, the Daniels needed results elsewhere to go their way and they took an early lead when Billy Bennett’s corner was met by Jon Challinor and his effort came back off the bar but Jimmy Blunden was on hand to nod home.
The Yeltz almost hit back immediately when a short corner was swung in. Charles Wragg was unmarked but somehow skewed his shot wide.
