PEACOCKS FORCED TO FIGHT FOR WIN

TAUNTON Town returned to winning ways, in a seven-goal thriller, thanks to a Jay Murray brace, and strikes from Jack Rice and Alfie Moulden.
The Peacocks blasted into a three-goal lead inside 19 minutes, Moulden setting the hosts on the way when he received Murray’s pass inside the box, hammering low past Simon
Grant.
Rice converted from the spot to make it two, after Ben Seymour was hauled down in the area.
