BURY Town claimed a dramatic 3-2 victory over Great Wakering Rovers as Jason Ring’s sickening late own-goal settled the contest. After their disappointing FA Cup exit to Burnham, the Blues were desperate and relied on a huge slice of luck to take the three points. They led within 60 seconds, when a free-kick was nodded goalward by Ollie Fenn and the ball fell to the feet of Ollie Hughes who tapped in.
