■ TYRONE MADHANI secured a point for Chichester as they held hosts Ramsgate to a draw in a decent encounter.
The visitors made a bright start, forcing a double save from Jacob Russell.
Chichester then opened the scoring when Ethan Pritchard rifled home in the 13th minute.
The Rams came back into the game a little and cross from Ajayi found Callum Peck in the box to tap home to level. The hosts then went ahead from just before the hour mark, with Ajayi converting a penalty.
