■ JOSH Ajayi hit a hat-trick as Ramsgate swept Phoenix Sports aside.
The Rams controlled from the start and the first goal came in the 14th minute when Ajayi collected a flick-on, rounded a defender and fired low into the bottom corner.
The home side had 70 per cent of first-half possession but could not convert further chances before the break, and needed a good save by Jacob Russell to go in the break one up.
It was a different story after the break and Callum Peck doubled the lead a minute into the second half with a shot from the left.
