■BURGESS Hill’s eight- game unbeaten was ended when they were beaten at home to a fine Corinthian performance.
The visitors opened the scoring in the first half when a cross went to the far post and Oscar Housego nodded in far too easily. Corinthian dominated the first half and deservedly led.
Everyone in green and black assumed the home side would step it up in the second half but Burgess Hill never really got going.
